The Sign of the City Awards, the most prestigious competition in Turkey's real estate sector, was held on the evening of November 6 at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, bringing together industry leaders. Recognized both nationally and internationally, the event aims to encourage excellence in Turkey’s construction and real estate sector.

As a project partner of the event, Lineadecor played a key role in the ceremony. During his speech, Lineadecor Chairman Ercan Ecemiş expressed his sentiments, stating: "There is so much to say because the construction industry is vast and profound. Sharing our success with our customers has become a tradition for us. We are delighted to be here with you tonight."

Following his opening speech, Lineadecor General Manager Ercan Ecemiş presented awards in two categories. The night featured a total of 34 awards, with prominent figures from the construction and real estate industry in attendance.

Lineadecor’s Etna model has been honored with the "Best Kitchen Design of the Year" award in the "Arch Record’s Annual Record Products of the Year" competition, organized by Architectural Record Magazine in the United States.

This prestigious and exclusive event is held annually to recognize the best designs of the year. A panel of six professional jurors evaluates submissions based on innovation, functionality, and aesthetics, selecting the most outstanding designs across various categories.

On October 17, Lineadecor participated in Cocktail Crawl 2018, an exclusive event held in New York with the presence of 12 brands. As part of the event, Lineadecor hosted special gatherings at its New York showroom office. The event brought together 1,000 designers and architects, with 200 guests welcomed at the showroom.

Following this, on October 19, another event was held at the New York showroom office, featuring a breakfast gathering attended by prominent figures from the media.

The Akdeniz Mimar Sinan Awards Ceremony and Conference, led by Mimar Sinan University, was held with the sponsorship of Lineadecor. As part of the event, renowned architect Fuensanta Nieto was honored as the guest of honor.

Since 2014, this event has been organized to support architectural works that highlight the shared cultural richness among Mediterranean countries. The awards were presented in two categories: "Young Architect Category" and "Diploma Project Category."

On Friday, September 14, a special cocktail event was held at The Garden in Kyrenia, Cyprus, bringing together the Sign of the City Awards—often referred to as the Oscars of the real estate industry—with the Cypriot real estate sector and architects. During this exclusive reception, attendees received in-depth insights about the competition from the Sign of the City Awards jury and management team.The event was attended by numerous distinguished guests, including executives and writers from the Hürriyet Group, as well as representatives from Lineadecor. Award-winning projects were also showcased during the evening.In the opening speech, Lineadecor General Manager Ercan Ecemiş expressed his thoughts: "We are proud to be a project partner of the Sign of the City Awards. Architecture is one of the fields where creativity and cultural interactions play a significant role. In today’s increasingly interconnected world, discovering the beauty that each culture can contribute to another is truly exciting.In our recent architect-organized trips, we had the opportunity to both host international guests in our country and visit their homelands. As part of this initiative, we welcomed a group of Pakistani architects to Istanbul on September 5-6.On the first day, they enjoyed a guided tour of Dolmabahçe Palace, Ortaköy, and the Princes’ Islands, followed by a delightful dinner. The second day included a factory visit and another dinner to conclude the program. The visiting architects were highly impressed by Istanbul and had the opportunity to get to know our brand more closely.

Members of the Anatolian Side Contractors Association (AYİDER) gathered for an iftar dinner on Thursday, May 31, at Istanbul Büyük Kulüp. On Monday, May 14, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo, Avni Spahiu, visited Lineadecor, touring the production facility and showroom. Throughout the visit, his questions were answered, and detailed explanations were provided on topics of interest. In appreciation of his visit, a commemorative plaque was presented to Ambassador Spahiu.

Interpreting the kitchen with unique forms in contemporary living, Lineadecor continues to expand its reach by partnering with new business associates and opening new stores.On Friday, May 11, Alanya Protek Store welcomed its customers with a grand opening reception, positioning itself as a key player in the region.The event was attended by Lineadecor General Manager Ercan Ecemiş, the brand’s sales and marketing executives, as well as Alanya Authorized Dealer Protek’s owner, İbrahim Başer, along with many distinguished guests. The kitchen models displayed in the showroom attracted great interest from attendees.

Lineadecor’s business partner in Mersin, Derya Dizayn, hosted a special event on Saturday, April 14. As part of the April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children’s Day celebrations, the event brought children together for a fun-filled day of baking delicious cookies and playing joyful games, ensuring they had a delightful and memorable experience.

Lineadecor’s Regional Business Partners Meetings were held this year at The St. Regis Hotel in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. During these gatherings, a comprehensive presentation was delivered, reflecting on the achievements of 2017 and sharing expectations for 2018.A significant announcement regarding special module production was shared with business partners. In 2017, the number of custom modules produced to help consumers achieve their dream kitchens reached an impressive 70,000 units.Following this, an award ceremony was held to recognize business partners who excelled in customer satisfaction, retail sales, and bulk sales rankings in 2017, with plaques presented to the top performers. The evening concluded with a celebratory dinner at Spago Restaurant, where a sense of pride and accomplishment was reflected in everyone’s smiles.

Lineadecor continues to uphold its commitment to social responsibility projects. Recently, the brand contributed to the renovation of the children’s playroom at Nasrettin Hoca Kindergarten in Diyarbakır, which has since been named the "Lineadecor Playroom.Additionally, cabinet donations were made to Güzeltepe Primary School and Şehit İshak Öztürk Primary School in Gebze. Furthermore, stationery supplies were provided to support the needs of Gazi Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Batman. 

An important step has been taken toward making Lineadecor a global brand. The company has launched the SAP Project, implementing Europe's largest ERP software. This initiative marks a significant milestone in growth and progress toward future goals.The project details were shared during a launch meeting and dinner, held on Friday, February 16, at Kalamış Wyndham Hotel. During the event, attendees were informed about the SAP Project and the value it will bring to Lineadecor.

As Lineadecor continues its journey toward becoming a global brand, it is making significant investments. To expand its presence in the U.S. market, Lineadecor USA LLC was established in New York.Building on its 10-year success in large-scale projects in the region, the company has now completed its New York office and showroom to strengthen its brand presence and expand into the retail sector.
