On Friday, September 14, a special cocktail event was held at The Garden in Kyrenia, Cyprus, bringing together the Sign of the City Awards—often referred to as the Oscars of the real estate industry—with the Cypriot real estate sector and architects. During this exclusive reception, attendees received in-depth insights about the competition from the Sign of the City Awards jury and management team.

The event was attended by numerous distinguished guests, including executives and writers from the Hürriyet Group, as well as representatives from Lineadecor. Award-winning projects were also showcased during the evening.
